Rough Cracking Texture

Proceed® Rough Cracking Texture is a single-step, trowelable rough texture that generates
an organic, irregular cracking pattern.

This cracking texture dries with a rough, opaque, highly absorbent surface which can be glazed
or pre-tinted before applying. Trowel it on for an easy and reliable crackle pattern.
The thickness of the application as well as the use of Proceed® Crackle Size beneath the texture, determines the size of the cracks.

Unlike other crackle materials you might have tried, we don’t recommend thinning or force drying. Let the crackle do its thing and you’ll create a beautiful pattern!

To achieve this finish:
1. Apply two coats of Proceed Low Absorbency Base Paint.
2. Apply thick and thin applications of Rough Cracking Texture. Use a stamp with the wet material. Allow to dry.
3. Apply a glaze and remove excess.
